One hour is a single account boosting for one real hour. Run two at once and your balance falls twice as fast. Free grants 200 hours and 2 accounts; paid plans run 4 accounts at once.
Your password and Guard code are used once to sign in, then discarded in favour of a revocable session token. Disconnect any account at any time. Idling does break Steam's terms, so you proceed at your own risk.
Never. Purchase once and draw on them whenever you wish. Lifetime removes the cap entirely.
Steam allows one active game session, so launching a title interrupts the boost on that account. Boost the accounts you are not actively playing.
