01 Agreement
hourboost.shefu223.shop ("Hour Boost", "we", "us") is a Steam hour-boosting service operated by shefu223. By creating an account, buying a plan, or using the service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement and to hold a Steam account under Valve's rules. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Valve Corporation or Steam in any way.
02 What the service does
Hour Boost logs into the Steam accounts you connect and idles the games you choose so that playtime ("hours") accumulates on those accounts. Hours accrue in real time: one connected account boosting for one hour uses one hour of your balance, so running several accounts at once uses your balance proportionally faster. Lifetime plans do not consume a balance.
Plans are a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and nothing to cancel. Hours you buy do not expire.
03 No refunds
All sales are final. No refunds are given for any reason. This includes, without limitation, change of mind, not using your hours, dissatisfaction with the service, a Steam account being banned or restricted, losing access to a connected account, or the service being unavailable for a period of time.
By purchasing you expressly waive any right to a refund to the fullest extent permitted by law.
04 Fraud and payment disputes
Paying with a stolen or unauthorized card, wallet, or payment account is fraud. Fraudulent orders are void: the plan and hours are revoked, connected accounts are stopped, and the account is suspended and permanently blacklisted from all shefu223 services.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we treat it as a breach of these Terms. We will contest it with our full records (order data, timestamps, IP address, email, and boosting logs), immediately suspend your account and revoke any remaining hours, plan, or lifetime access, and may report confirmed payment fraud to the payment provider and relevant authorities. If you have a genuine problem, contact us first on Discord and we will help.
By purchasing you confirm you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
05 Your Steam accounts and credentials
You may only connect Steam accounts that you own and are authorized to use. You are responsible for everything done through your connected accounts.
We use your username, password, and Steam Guard code once to log in, then keep only an encrypted, revocable session token. We do not store your password. You can disconnect an account at any time, and you can revoke our access from Steam by changing your password or signing out of all devices. We take reasonable measures to protect stored tokens, but no system is perfectly secure, and you accept this residual risk.
06 Risk and "as-is"
Automating or idling the Steam client is against Steam's Subscriber Agreement. Using this service may, in theory, result in warnings, limitations, or bans on your Steam account. You use Hour Boost entirely at your own risk.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that hours will accrue, that any feature will work at all times, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that Steam will continue to allow idling. We are not liable for any loss of, or damage to, any Steam account, item, inventory, rank, or anything else arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will never exceed the amount you paid us for the plan in question.
07 Service changes and shutdown
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue Hour Boost, or shefu223.shop as a whole, at any time and for any reason. If the service or the business is discontinued, no refund, credit, or compensation of any kind will be provided to anyone for unused hours or plans, including Lifetime purchasers. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the service, not a guarantee that the service will run for any set period. You accept this in full before purchasing.
08 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Connect accounts you do not own or lack permission to use
- Resell, share, or sublicense your plan or access
- Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to exploit the service, its API, or the free tier (including multi-accounting to claim multiple free plans)
- Use the service for anything illegal, or to harm others
The free plan is limited to one grant per person and requires "shefu223.shop" in your Discord status; removing it pauses free boosting. We may suspend or delete any account, and revoke hours or access, for breaking these Terms or where we reasonably suspect abuse or fraud.
09 Privacy
We collect your email, a securely hashed password, your linked Discord ID (if you use the free tier), the Steam login names you connect and an encrypted session token for each, your orders and hours history, and your IP address in server logs. We use this to run the service, deliver what you paid for, verify eligibility, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data. Card payments are handled by Stripe and crypto by NOWPayments; we never see or store your card details.
10 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? Reach us on Discord or at admin@shefu223.shop.
